ADMISSIONS INFORMATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

Parents can register students online via this website. New and returning students must complete and return ALL documents as required by the application process.

The following items are needed to complete the registration process:

• PE Uniform Order

• Uniform Ordering

• Physical Examination (4th Grade & 7th Grade)

• Immunization record (Pre k4 - 8th Grade)
